  2. b) using the Company’s photographs, product descriptions, technical specifications, product codes, catalogues, or other protected content without prior written authorisation, where such authorisation is required;
  3. c) using packaging, labels, or other materials bearing the Company’s trademarks in connection with products manufactured or supplied by third parties;
  4. d) altering or modifying the Company’s trademarks, logos, photographs, or any other element of its corporate identity;
